Στα πλαίσια του Summer Game Fest, είχαμε την ευκαιρία να δούμε τα πρώτα gameplay πλάνα από το Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, τον νέο τίτλο της Dontnod Entertainment, δημιουργό ομάδα του Life is Strange και Vampyr.
Στο παιχνίδι έχουμε τους δύο πρωταγωνιστές Red και Antea, οι οποίοι προσπαθπύν να ειδωθούν ο ένας με τον άλλον, όμως αυτό που τους χωρίζει είναι ο ιδιαίτερος κόσμος των χαμένων ψυχών, μιας και η Antea είναι πνεύμα.
Στο gameplay θα δούμε το ιδιαίτερο σύστημα μάχης, στο οποίο εκτός των άλλων εμπεριέχονται ξόρκια αλλά και μάχες σώμα με σώμα που θυμίζουν God of War. Όπως σε όλα τα παιχνίδια της Dontnod έτσι και εδώ θα υπάρχει το σύστημα επιλογών του παίκτη, όπου θα πέσει πολύ σημαντικό ρόλο στην έκβαση της ιστορίας.
Επιπλέον, αποκαλύφθηκε και μία συλλεκτική έκδοση (€199,99) για το παιχνίδι η οποία θα εμπεριέχει τα εξής
- A statue of Red and Antea : a 24-cm statuette that can be split in two, with interchangeable hands.
- The game’s official Steelbook®.
- The art of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, a 128-page artbook in English, illustrated by the talented team at DON’T NOD.
- Two Banishers signet rings (Red and Antea’s): delivered with two adjustable cords to wear them as a necklace, and a leather pouch embossed with a Banisher rune to store them. This product is a replica. Should not be worn directly.
- The game Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden on the platform of your choice. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X orders include the game as a physical version, with a Focus Entertainment Store-exclusive cover art. PC orders include the game as a digital version, in the form of a digital download code for Steam PC.
