To ΝΒΑ 2Κ20 λοιπόν θα έρθει στις 6 Σεπτεμβρίου για PC, Xbox One, PS4 και Nintendo Switch. Tο εξώφυλλό του θα κοσμεί ο Anthony Davis. Επιπλέον, θα υπάρξει και μία ειδική έκδοση (Legend Edition), της οποία πρωταγωνιστής θα είναι ο Dwyane Wade.
