Η Ολλανδική ομάδα ανάπτυξης Nixxes Software, η οποία ήταν αυτή που ανέλαβε το PC port του Rise of the Tomb Raider, θα είναι αυτή η οποία μαζί με την βοήθεια της Nvidia θα αναλάβει το PC port του επερχόμενου Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Η Nixxes, εχει ένα πλούσιο portfolio στην δημιουργία γνωστών PC ports για ΑΑΑ παιχνίδια όπως το Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver,Tomb Raider: Legend, Hitman: Absolution και Lynch 2: Dog Days.
H δήλωση της NVIDIA για την συνεργασία της με την Nixxes και την Eidos Montreal για την ανάπτυξη του παιχνιδιού:

This collaboration will bring all the benefits of the GeForce gaming platform including GeForce technologies, GeForce Experience features, Game Ready Drivers and much more to deliver the definitive PC version for the Tomb Raider series.”
To Shadow of the Tomb Raider αναμένεται στις 14 Σεπτεμβρίου για PC, Xbox One και PS4.
